This kit provides endless opportunities for STEM/STEAM learning. It is important to note that this kit includes live caterpillars.

The kit includes a cup containing 5 baby caterpillars along with all the necessary food for their transformation into beautiful butterflies. Additionally, it features a special habitat with an Ultra-Clear front-facing viewing panel, allowing for an up-close and personal experience of the stages of metamorphosis. The Tuck-Away Learning Panel provides valuable information on biology early learning facts.

To further enhance the experience, we have included a flower-shaped butterfly nectar feeder and a feeding dropper. Our comprehensive Instruction Guide ensures a smooth and successful journey. For the budding entomologists, a 12-page STEM journal filled with educational content and fun activities is included.

Furthermore, you will find a Chrysalis Holding Log and 2 sugar packets to make nectar readily available for the butterflies.

Please keep in mind that the temperatures in your area are crucial before ordering the kit. For the safe delivery of the caterpillars and the subsequent release of the butterflies, temperatures must fall within the range of 50 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
