Here are some instructions for using the butterfly enclosure: 1. Be cautious when opening the big, tall monarch butterfly tents. After removing the elastic strap, the cube cage might pop open unexpectedly. Ensure you have enough space and keep breakable objects away. 2. The PVC side of the cage might be creased from folding. Use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the creases for about 5 minutes or place the PVC side towards the warm sun to relax the wrinkles. 3. Always close the cage door with the zippers meeting at the top center. This allows you to unzip the other side if there's a caterpillar on the zipper. 4. In case of a disease outbreak or at the end of the season, clean the mesh cage by soaking it in a 5% bleach solution (19 parts water to 1 part bleach) for 20 minutes. You can soak the cage in a tub or laundry tub. 5. Rinse the butterfly garden with water and let it sun dry. Hang it on a clothesline or place a rock on the floor to prevent it from blowing away. 6. When folding the cage for storage, press one corner inwards while holding the opposite upper corners. This will fold the cage flat. 7. Store the cage flat in a closet, under the bed, behind a couch, or any convenient location.
